Palm Place is the private home of Andrea, the owner of TSD. It is a two-story building with beautiful gardens. The grounds are surrounded by a high wall with a locked gate. Only TSD interns and staff are permitted on the premises, making it a very safe environment. It is located a few minutes walk from the beach and the dive shop.
The rooms are simple backpacker-style rooms, with a fan only. We offer rooms “free of rent” to our interns, you will just need to pay an amount to cover utilities, cleaning, wifi, upkeep etc. Just ask for the current rate. There are 3 intern rooms on the ground floor, each with an outside door.

These rooms share 2 bathrooms just across a pathway.
There are more rooms on the upper floor, although these are usually occupied by instructors.
Electric is 24 hours, and of course, rooms come with wifi!
