Applying for a Philippines Visa

Most nationalities are granted a free 30 day tourist visa as standard on arrival in the Philippines. There are several exceptions to this, so please check the current status of your country in advance.

Renewal over 30 days is very easy. In some other countries you actually have to get a flight out of the country to renew your visa. At TSD it is as easy as handing us your passport!

There are 3 options for extending your visa:

  1. If you are lucky, they may extend this to 59 days at the airport when you arrive – on request. Ask as you come through immigration/passport check. It should be slightly cheaper this way. You can also go direct to immigration if you are spending a day or two in Cebu.
  2. We can arrange it. We take all the trouble out of visa renewal for you. You do not need to waste time, expense and hassle of a trip to the city or a border run. Just give us your passport and we will do the rest! Please contact us for current rates, but these are subject to change at any time.
  3. It is possible to get a 59 day visa at a Philippine embassy abroad before coming. This may be cheaper for you and would mean you don't have to think about it when you are here.

Entry Requirements

Your passport should be valid for 6 months past your proposed departure date. Please make sure you have an ongoing flight when you enter the country. If you are not buying a return ticket, we advise trying Cebu Pacific to get a cheap 'throwaway' ticket to a nearby country.
